Figure 2. Western blot detection of BACE and BACE2 proteins in mouse lenses
The 56 kDa and 54 kDa bands correspond to BACE and BACE2 proteins. The higher migrating bands are consistent with glycosylation of BACE proteins also occurring in lens.
