Figure 1. Genomic Southern blot analysis of mouse Rpe65 gene

Mouse genomic DNA digested with several restriction enzymes was blotted onto nylon and hybridized to a random-primed bovine RPE65 cDNA probe. The blot was washed to a final stringency of 0.1 X SSC+ 0.1% SDS at 63°C.
