Figure 4. Electrophysiologic features of APC-treated mouse eye
A. ERGs recorded from another APC-modified mouse (mouse 17) at 5 (left) and 26 (right) weeks of age. The numbers between the two sets of ERGs represent the value of the neutral density (ND) filters used to attenuate the stimulus. At ND = 1.0, the luminance was 1.59 x 102 cd/m2. Calibration: 100 mV for ND = 6.0 to 4.0; 200 mV for ND = 3.0 to 1.0; and 2.0 s.
B. Intensity/response curve for the b-wave of this APC-modified mouse. Data for the b-waves at 5 and 26 weeks for the right eye, and at 26 weeks for the left eye are plotted. Also plotted are the mean b-waves for the wild-type mice at 26 weeks.
