A. ERGs recorded from a wild-type mouse (mouse 15) at 5 (left) and 26 (right) weeks of age. The numbers between the two sets of ERGs represent the value of the neutral density filters used to attenuate the stimulus. At 1.0, the luminance was 1.59 x 1O2 cd/m2. Calibration: 100 mV for ND = 6.0 to 4.0; 200 mV for ND = 3.0 to 1.0; and 2.0 s.
B. Mean intensity/response curve for the b-wave of the three wild-type mice tested. Data for the b-waves at 5 and 26 weeks for the right eye, and at 26 weeks for the left eye are plotted.
