to compare the effect of BSA on PCR amplification of DNA obtained from iris tissues. The PCR conditions used in both groups
were the same as that described in the method section and
Figure 2, with the exception that the BSA+ group contained 1 μg of BSA per 1 μl of PCR solution. Each lane represented an individual
iris DNA sample, with the number an arbitrary label assigned to each donor. The “i” following each number indicates that the
