Figure 3. Expression of mRNA for ovalbumin by retinal pigment epithelium
Retinal pigment epithelium were isolated from normal B6 mice or B6 TRP-1-OVA mice and analyzed for expression of OVA and GAPDH genes as described in the legend for Figure 1. All samples were run on the same gel but extraneous lanes were digitally removed from the image, as shown by the gaps in the gel.
