Relevant mRNAs were identified by using the Affymetrix Gene Ontology Mining Tool to sort probe sets that were included in the statistically significant clusters. These changes in expression occurred when the cytoskeleton would be remodeled to mediate increase intracellular trafficking of phagosomes, secretory vesicles and melanin migration. Mean values of 3-4 biological replicates are indicated according to the scale, in arbitrary units, depicted at the bottom.
