Expression of VEGF, Ang-1, and Ang-2 by neutrophils were determined by confocal microscopy. A neutrophil-enriched population was co-stained with DAPI (blue) and anti-VEGF Ab (red), anti-Ang-1 (red), or anti-Ang-2 (red). The bars in the insets represents 10 μm.
