Table 1. Ocular phenotypes of Pax6-GAL4/VP16 transgenic families
The three families with ocular phenotypes (OVE1934, OVE1935, and OVE1936) show a relatively low transgene copy number. Transgene copy number was determined by Southern blots (see Figure 4). The genotype was either heterozygous (Tg/+) or homozygous (Tg/Tg).
