Human retinal and RPE proteins (100 μg) were electrophoresed on a 4.5-9% gradient SDS-polyacrylamide gel, blotted to nitrocellulose membrane, incubated with antibody Ab-1, BS, or C-20, and developed with enhanced chemiluminescence. The positions of full-length and internal splice-variant isoforms of APC (kDa) are indicated.
