A: Expression of clathrin HC in RCECs and HeLa cells (positive control) probed with clathrin HC monoclonal mouse antibody. B: Expression of caveolin-1 in A431 cells (positive control) and rabbit cardiac muscle cells, but not in RCECs, was found when probed with caveolin-1 monoclonal mouse antibody. All cell lysates were prepared from confluent cells grown on tissue culture-treated substratum.
