Table of chromosome 1 markers used in the fine mapping of the rge trait. Marker order and the most likely placing for rge are given in the left hand column. Subsequent columns show the recombination fractions between markers, number of informative meioses for each marker, and genetic distance between markers (calculated using the Kosambi mapping function). These distances are based on data from the crosses described here. For comparative purposes the last column shows the consensus distance from the top of the chromosome 1 map for each marker as reported by Groenen et al. [15].
