Figure 4. Western blot analysis of CXCR4 protein in human cultured corneal fibroblasts
Proteins extracted from two different corneas (20 μg, lanes 1 and 2) were electrophoresed on a 10% SDS-PAGE gel and transferred onto PVDF membrane. The CXCR4 receptor protein was revealed using polyclonal anti-human CXCR4 antibody (MW 48 kDa). Western blot analysis of actin (MW 42 kDa) was carried out as a control.
