Northern blot analysis of c-jun in retina and RPE from rabbit eyes with retinal holes and with IL-1β injection. RNA equivalent aliquots from eyes at different post-surgical time points were analyzed by Northern blot using c-jun and G3PDH probes. The positions of 28S and 18S ribosomal RNA are indicated.
