Figure 7. Kinetics of HGF induced cytosolic accumulation of β-catenin in ARPE-19 cells

Protein equivalent aliquots of cell lysates made by a detergent free lysis method from each time point were subjected to western blot analysis using anti-β-catenin and anti-GSK3ab antibodies. β-catenin/GSK3a or GSK3b level of expression after HGF treatment was quaantified by densitometry. Bars indicate the mean and standard deviation of three independent experiments. Asterisk indicates level of statistical significance for p<0.05.
