Anterior segments from an 86 year-old female donor were perfused for 96 h after injection with either 107 pfu of AdhRhoA2 (left column) or virus vehicle (right column). Meridional sections show the general architecture of the TM and that number of cells in all tissue regions appears well preserved in both eyes. A slight loosening of the TM and narrowing of the SC is seen in the infected sample.
