Table 2. Fatty acid composition of phospholipids from P23H mutant rat ROS

Lipids were extracted from ROS prepared from retinas of 21-22 day-old rats. Total phospholipids were prepared by thin layer chromatography and converted to methyl esters, which were analyzed by gas-liquid chromatography. The values are relative mole percent ± standard deviation.
