The typographical corrections below were made to the article on the date noted. These changes have been incorporated in the article and the details are documented here.

In the Acknowledgements section, "Council and Industrial Research" was corrected to "Council of Scientific and Industrial Research".

In each of the parts of Table 2, the line in the header over the third column was shortened by four hyphens ("----") and the heading above it ("Segments with homology to human myocilin") was recentered.
