Seven μg each of retinal (lane 1), RPE (lane 2), heart/liver (lane 3), kidney/muscle (lane 4), and brain (lane 5) RNA were probed with each radiolabelled subtracted bovine cDNA. The cDNAs used as probes and the detected transcript sizes are shown. GAPDH=Glyceraldehyde-phosphate dehydrogenase.
