In lanes 2, 4, and 6, normal RT-PCR reactions were carried out with primers coding for MP19 (lane 2), MIP (lane 4), and Cx50 (lane 6). Negative controls consisting of the RT-PCR samples which were heated to 95 °C for 10 min before carrying out PCR are seen in lanes 3, 5, and 7. In lane 3, the primers code for MP19. In lane 3, the primers code for MIP. In lane 5, the primers code for Cx50. Lanes 1 and 11 are standard 100 bp ladder.
