Table 9. Concordance among two observers for the identification of Aspergillus fumigatus

A second observer evaluated the Aspergillus fumigatus samples (see Table 6). The second observer only disagreed with the first observer in one slide, where he failed to identify the fungus in the tissue. There was good inter-rater reliability as shown by the concordance index k=0.9818 and McNemar=0.0000 (p=1.0000).
