Table 8. Concordance among two observers for the identification of Candida albicans
A second observer evaluated the Candida albicans samples (see Table 5). Both observers agreed on 108 of the 110 cryosections infected with Candida albicans. There was good inter-rater reliability as shown by the concordance index k=0.9636 and McNemar=0.50 (p=0.4795)
