Figure 1. PKCa or PKCg overexpression in N/N 1003A cells with or without zinc acetate induction
Protein (50 mg per lane) was loaded on an SDS-PAGE gel and the protein transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane. The membrane was probed with PKCa or PKCg antibody for 12 h. The densitometric analysis indicates that the level of expression in cells induced with 20 mM zinc acetate for 24 h was significantly higher than in cells not induced with zinc acetate. Student's t-test for independent samples (n=3) and p<0.05.
