Figure 6. Effect of TGF-b2 on Cdk4 and p27 expression in first passage CEC

When first passage rabbit CEC reached 40-50% confluence (day 3) and 90% confluence (day 7), they were treated with TGF-b2 (10 ng/ml) in DMEM-10 for 2, 8, or 24 h. Cells were then washed and lysed. Proteins were extracted and 30 mg of each sample was subjected to SDS electrophoresis on a 12% gel under reduced conditions. Immunoblotting analysis was performed as described in the text.
