Figure 2. Cdk4 and p27 in actively cycling CEC

Actively cycling rabbit CEC cells were washed, fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde and stained as described in the text. Cdk4 was stained with rhodamine-conjugated secondary antibody, and p27 was stained with FITC-conjugated secondary antibody. A and B are primary CEC, C and D are first passage CEC, and E and F are second passage CEC. Control experiments performed in parallel with the omission of one of the primary antibodies were not shown in figures 2 through 10. Data are from three experiments. Primary cultures are labelled "Pr", first passage cultures are labelled "1°", and second passage cultures are labelled "2°". Bar equals 20 mm.
