Sizes of the exons (in basepairs) for APT6M8-9 gene and the forward and reverse primers (5'->3') generating PCR fragments including exons and flanking intron-exon junctions. Exons 4 and 5 were amplified together with incorporation of a small intron between the exon pairs. Exon 9 was amplified and sequenced using two primer pairs, producing two overlapping fragments.
