Figure 4. Chaperone-like activity assays
Chaperone-like activity assays of the DTT induced super-aggregation of insulin were carried out in the presence of a-crystallins. The a-crystallin samples were incubated for 1 h at the indicated temperatures and then allowed to cool to room temperature (RT) before measurements were taken.
