RNA was isolated from several Xenopus tissues at ZT 4. Each lane was loaded with 6 mg RNA with the exception of retinal RNA where only 2 mg was loaded. The samples were loaded from left to right: R, retina; B, brain; H, heart; L, liver; M, skeletal muscle; S, spleen; and T, testis. The three filters represent xcry1, xcry2a, and xcry2b, as labeled.
