Thermal inactivation of citrate synthase (CS) in the presence of a-crystallin at 37 °C was determined. The chaperones were added 15 min prior to the incubation of CS at 37 °C. CS in the presence of aB- and mini-aA-crystallin showed a similar kinetics pattern and is not shown.
