Figure 4. Thermal denaturation of NdeI in the presence of chaperones
Thermal denaturation of NdeI in the presence of chaperones at various temperatures was determined. Each assay tube had 3 units of the enzyme, 33 ng of BSA, 0.5% glycerol and 2 mg of crystallin in a total of 13 ml of 1X buffer, supplied by the manufacturer. The control lanes show DNA digestion by NdeI incubated at different temperatures in the absence of chaperones. A 90 min DNA digestion was performed at 37 °C prior to gel electrophoresis.
