Cyclic AMP levels in 3 day laminin-pretreated WERI-Rb1 cells were determined during a forskolin (10 mM) treatment between zero and 48 h. IBMX (1 mM) was added to each sample 30 min prior to extraction and cAMP determination. Data are means±S.D. for each treatment group, N=4 per group.
