Effect of co-expression of specific molecular chaperones on the solubility of mutant z-crystallin. Aliquots were drawn at (A) 3 h after induction with IPTG at 37 °C and (B) 1 h after induction with IPTG at 30 °C. Cells were fractionated into the soluble (S) and insoluble (I) fractions and run on SDS-polyacrylamide gels. Molecular weight markers are indicated.
