Figure 1. Far-UV CD spectra of aA- and aB-crystallins at different temperatures

The far-UV CD spectra of both aA- and aB-crystallin was determined at 25 °C and at 62 °C over a wavelength from 210 nm to 250 nm. Protein concentration for both crystallins was 0.5 mg/ml, and the cell path length was 0.1 mm.
