This tube representation shows the result of the superposition of the structure of rhoviih with the structure of the carboxyl terminal of rhodopsin. Residues 16-20 (rhodopsin residues 306-310) of rhoviih were superimposed on the corresponding residues of the carboxyl terminal peptide (43mer) whose structure was solved previously [13].
