Immunostaining of cone transducin a-subunit (GNAT2) was done to identify cone photoreceptor cells in the central (Cr) and peripheral (Pr) retinas of a transgenic line 98 (Tg98) mouse and a wild-type littermate (WT) at the age of one month.
