RT-PCR analysis of rod transducin a-subunit (GNAT1) and cone transducin a-subunit (GNAT2) expression were carried out in wild type (WT) and Trc-Tox176 transgenic mouse 98 (Tg98) at different ages. The expression of GAPDH was used as positive control for the quality of the reverse transcription reaction. P7, P8, P30 and P180 refer to postnatal ages at days 7, 8, 30 and 180.
