Figure 4. Effect of NDGA and 12(S)HETE on DNA synthesis following stimulation of N/N1003A cells with EGF
The N/N1003A cells were deprived of serum for 48 h and then stimulated with EGF for 18 h. NDGA (30 µM) and/or 12(S)HETE (0.1 µM-3.0 µM), when present, were added 40 min before the addition of EGF. At the end of 18 H culture period, cells were pulse-labeled for 1 h with 0.5 µCi 3H-thymidine. Results are the average of three measurements; error bars represent SEM.
