In Table 3, the GenBank accession number for Lab ID KAM31 was corrected from "G44319" to "G44320".

In Table 3, the GenBank accession number for Lab ID KAM47 was corrected from "G42365" to "G42366".

In Table 3, the GenBank accession number for Lab ID KAM29 was corrected from "G42656" to "G42657".

In Table 4, the OMIM accession number for congenital retinal nonattachment was corrected from "22190" to "221900".

In Table 3, the Map Location for Lab ID KAM40 was corrected from "6q27" to "8pter-8p23.3" and the Flanking Markers for Lab ID KAM40 were corrected from "WI6240-WI3823" to "CHLC.GCT1802-WI6240". As the table is sorted on Map Location, the entry for Lab ID KAM40 was moved from the position following the entry for Lab ID KAM05 to the position after that of the entry for Lab ID KAM15.
