Fifteen microgram aliquots of skate genomic DNA digested with BamHI, EcoRI, NcoI, PstI and XbaI were run on an agarose gel, transferred to a nylon membrane, and probed with SGAT-1 coding region. The sizes of the [lambda] phage DNA Hind III marker are denoted on the left.
