Extracts from nontransfected HEK-293 cells (NT) and cells transfected with histidine-tagged GRK7 were incubated with Ni-NTA resin and washed to remove unbound protein (Flowthrough). Both the flowthrough and the protein bound to the resin were incubated with [[gamma]32P]ATP as described in the "Methods". The numbers at left represent protein molecular size markers (BioRad).
