The movie shows the backbone folding of ALR2. The ribbons in magenta show eight a-helices surrounding a core of eight b-strands (in yellow) all in parallel orientation. The arrows on the b-strands point from N- to C-terminus. The active site is located on the C-terminal side of the b-strands and is associated with three loops (in white and blue).
