Homology is shown between mouse CRALBP, human [alpha]-tocopherol transfer protein (aTTP) [38], human protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) [39], yeast phosphatidylinositol-transfer protein (PITP) [40] and squid retinaldehyde-binding protein (sqRALBP) [33]. Numbers represent amino acid sequence positions; asterisks represent identical residues in mouse CRALBP and squid RALBP. Alignment was performed using GeneWorks program v2.5 (Intelligenetics).
