To access the data, click or select the words “Appendix 9.” Inner nuclear layer (INL: A, C, E) and ganglion cell complex (GCC: B, D, F) were measured on H&E (A-D) and OCT (E, F) in both Bicdl1 KI mice (blue symbols) and WT mice (black symbols). All measurements were performed at two time points. H&E: 9 months (WT n = 5, KI n = 5) and 19 months (WT n = 5, KI n = 5); OCT: 6 months (WT n = 6, KI n = 6) and 12 months (WT n = 6, KI n = 6). No differences were seen in either parameter, in either H&E or OCT, at any time point. Data are shown as means ± SEM. ns: non-significant.
