In this article by Joshua A. Chu-Tan and colleagues (Molecular Vision 26:48-63), the following corrections were made:

The original Figure 3 included representative images of retinas labelled with DAPI and subjected to TUNEL histochemistry, demonstrating the virtual absence of dying TUNEL-positive cells. The authors did not acknowledge that these were representative images and were not examples taken from each of the treatment conditions, as was suggested by the figure layout. The row showing TUNEL-processed retinas has been removed in the current figure.

The authors stand by the data (shown by histogram in Fig 3J) and their original interpretation thereof, which indicates the virtual absence of dying cells in the non-injected and treated retinas.
