Figure 4 of Domínguez-López, Mol Vis 2021; 27:370-383.

Figure 4. AMCM did not exert any effect on translocation of nuclear IRF7 or p-IRF7. A: Polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid sodium salt (poly I:C) statistically significantly induced translocation of nuclear p-IRF7; however, concomitant incubation with amniotic membrane conditioned medium (AMCM) did not exert any statistically significant change in translocation of nuclear IRF7 or p-IRF7 or the presence of cytoplasmic IRF7 or p-IRF7. The medium fluorescence intensity (MFI) in each condition was achieved as described in the Materials and Methods section. B: AMCM did not exert any change in the presence of IRF3 in the nucleus and the cytoplasm in poly I:C–stimulated human limbal myofibroblasts (HLMs). AMCM also statistically significantly increased p-IRF3 in the nucleus and the cytoplasm in the poly I:C–stimulated HLMs. Bars represent the mean ± standard error (SE); **p<0.01. All assays were performed three times in triplicate. Scale bars = 50 μm.
