Figure 5. NGF facilitates the proliferation of murine Müller cells via ERK1/2 and AKT signaling. Proliferation of Müller cells increased following nerve growth factor (NGF) treatment as analyzed with 3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay.
