Figure 3. The concentration of conbercept in the treated and untreated contralateral eyes in normal mice. The level of conbercept increased immediately and remained at high levels during the first 4 d in the treated eyes and decreased to a normal level 7 d after intravitreal injection. The level of conbercept in the fellow eyes increased from 2 to 4 d after intravitreal injection. The conbercept concentration in the contralateral untreated eyes was about 1% of that in the treated eyes. Values represents mean±SD. (n=3 for each point).
