The experiment was repeated three times with independent cell populations. The asterisk (*) indicates a significant decrease (p<0.05) in the levels of nuclear Bcl-2 and pBcl-2 levels as compared to the control cells. The cytoplasmic levels of Bcl-2 and pBcl-2 remained unchanged in both the control and XAV939-treated cells.
