Interleukin 17 Receptor A (IL-17RA) expression was analyzed with immunocytochemistry in fixed HCE cells exposed to Staphylococcus aureus (SA) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) supernatants at different dilutions and time points. Experiments were performed three times, and a representative image of each condition is shown. Bar=25 µm. Control unstimulated cells expressed IL-17RA in the cytosol, plasma membrane, and close to the nucleus. Stimulated cells also expressed IL-17RA.
