in the absence (lane 2) or presence (lane 3) of aldose reductase inhibitor were analyzed by immunoblotting. The protein expression
level of MMP-10 was enhanced by exposure to 50% galactose, while integrin α3 expression decreased. These changes were normalized
with the treatment of aldose reductase inhibitor. No significant change was found in the expression levels of integrin α6
